Michael (Hanuman) Perlin began his journey working in post production. He received his B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin before moving to Los Angeles in 1997 to study film and screenwriting. He attended The Academy of Entertainment Technology at Santa Monica College where he studied video editing, graphic design, motion graphics and web design.

Michael has worked at several post production houses such as, Title House Digital, Efilm and THX. He has worked  on sound and visual quality for many major motion pictures. He also edits documentaries, trailers and films. His true inspiration came at a young age, when he received a fortune cookie that said, "The greatest pleasure in life is doing what other people say you can not do".  He has a strong connection with the new age community, and has studied metaphysics and world religions for over 15 years.  Contact Mike at: starseedfilms @ gmail.com


 
Maura  (Malini)  Hoffman has dedicated her life to the mystical path of self-realization. She received her B.S. in Business Management from Cal State University at Northridge, where she enjoyed acting and public speaking. She went on to pursue a successful career in corporate sales and marketing.  She became  the top sales professional  while at Proctor and Gamble and was awarded sales person of the year at Infiniti.  At Adventures At Sea Yacht charters she coordinated events and cruises including the New Zealand Challenge for the Americas cup.  As a venture capitalist she has raised over one million dollars  for land development projects.

Maura volunteered at Youth Dynamics (a Self Esteem Program for children) and Sunshine Kids (Children with cancer) and the Special Olympics. When she moved to Aspen Colorado she deepened her spiritual studies in metaphysics, holistic healing, meditation, yoga, alternative medicine and Advaita teachings. She explored the great outdoors; skiing, biking, hiking and camping.  In Aspen she was a volunteer Fire Fighter and News Anchor for Channel 8 Aspen TV/Special Events. She also ran a property management company, catering company and child care business. She coordinated a Youth to Youth program at the Aspen middle school.    Maura is a world traveler, teacher and explorer. She has visited many sacred sites around the world and has studied with many cultures and spiritual teachers including Sufi masters, Shamans, Kahunas and Indian Gurus. In Hawaii, she swam with whales and dolphins, she created a yoga and retreat center, "Rama Shala" and worked with scalar wave technology to raise consciousness.  She studied Quantum Physics with Nassim Haramein and  The Resonance Project , discovering the bridge between science and God.

She now resides in California where she visits various spiritual retreats, seminars and workshops, hosting and volunteering her many talents. She was a lifeguard & camp counselor with the US Foundation. Maura was honored to facilitate as Program Coordinator and personal assistant to Byron Katie and "The Work". She has Co-produced and starred in her first documentary "Seeking the Light",  exploring  the many pathways to enlightenment. Maura received a Masters & Life coach certification from the Ford Institute of Integrative Coaching, in affiliation with JFK University. She is also a Certified Teacher of Shaktipat meditation with the Self Awareness Institute.  She is an active volunteer for Ammachi (the hugging saint) where she coordinates priority seating and the invited guest program and she is an active member at  the Agape International Spiritual Center.  Maura's life experiences and studies have inspired her  to write children's books s based on the teachings of the enlightened masters.  Maura spends most of her time enjoying the beauty that is all around us in nature.
